An Actual Update!! Bag Delivery Info and Locking Addresses

Hello gang! Finally, the bags have hit UK shores! They will arrive with me on the 30th of December and my plan is to start shipping in January. I will lock addresses on January the 1st, this will then send you a 48 hour warning to make sure you update your address. 

You can update your address on BackerKit using the survey link emailed to you! If you cannot find your survey, please see the FAQ or contact BackerKit here: https://turtle-ita-bag.backerkit.com/faq

I appreciate there are some of you who wanted these for Christmas and I am sorry they’ll arrive just afterwards but unfortunately there’s nothing I can do about shipping times. 

I shall be in touch again once they have arrived with one last reminder to update your addresses! After this, it will be shipping time 😍🐢

Thanks for your patience as always!! I didn't want you to think I'd forgotten about you, but there's still no sign of the bags. There are delays with postal services at the moment due to the general level of global unrest so unfortunately there's nothing I can do to speed things along.

You can still update your address using your BackerKit survey at this stage, I'll give you a warning update before I lock addresses so no need to worry if you're moving soon!

Hey gang! I've had a few requests for updates, so this is a simple post to say hang tight! We are nearly there. As I said in the last update, turtle bags are in transit but this can take 2-3 months for them to arrive with me. At this point there is nothing I can do to speed things along! Let's just hope the turtles swim quickly 🥰

Production is Finished!

Why yes, you heard right folks, production on the turtle bags is complete!

But what does this mean?! Bags are now going into quality check. This should take 7-10 days and then they will be on their way to me. Shipping from the manufacturer usually takes around 2-3 months, meaning they should arrive in late November/early December. Once they're here, my soul focus will be on getting them shipped and they should start arriving with you lovely backers in December as planned!

All Just Pin Orders Packed!

Hello!

This is the fun kinda of update, the kind where I tell some of you that it's time to get excited! 

If you have just ordered pins (no bag) - your order will be on its way tomorrow.

They are all packed, they just need to be picked up by the postal service, hurray! You should receive an email once the packages have been scanned into the system, this will contain your tracking info if you upgraded to tracked shipping. The majority of you did not, so don't worry if there's no tracking info. 

Bags are still in production, I'm hoping they'll be done in the next month or two to be shipped to me! All is going well 😎
